Description

A climate & sustainability reporting service tailored to your business, from matching the right reporting frameworks, to data collection, analysis, auditing, filing and communications.

Reporting has become a mandatory requirement for many businesses and organizations, alongside voluntary disclosures already adopted by over 100,000 organizations worldwide. This process isn’t limited only to carbon emissions, and may cover other topics like biodiversity, water stewardship, waste management, human rights, diversity and inclusion, and more. While those reports are great tools to inform stakeholders on sustainability aspects, it is still a challenge to pick the right framework, focus the scope, and conclude with actionable recommendations. My process minimizes the friction and hassle, avoids costly overdoing, turns sustainability into a competitive advantage for your business, and builds sustainability capacity for your team.

Engagement process

  • Framework matching & materiality
    • Based on the characteristics of your business, we will choose the right reporting frameworks for you. For example, non-EU businesses trading above a certain threshold with EU entities might benefit from meeting ESRS reporting requirements, but would gain nothing from full CDP disclosures.
    • A materiality assessment will define what topics are the most critical for your business, create coherent focal points, and omit topics that would only waste time and attention.
  • Reporting
    • I work with your team to collect the necessary data and fit it into the reports. This process can be retrospective (looking at the previous year) or ongoing.
    • 💡
Organizations who choose an ongoing process reduce pressure and friction during the reporting season and gain earlier access to insights.
    • The deliverables include a formal report in accordance to the selected standards, a scientific note explaining the methodology, and a dataset annex. In addition, you can get a light version of the report, edited and structured to communicate sustainability issues with your stakeholders or audience.
